For decades, countless numbers of Fitchburg State College graduates have worked to improve the lives of others—as teachers and nurses, predominantly—but also in a variety of other humanitarian fields. While service may not be Fitchburg’s official mission, it certainly is its legacy. This is evident among a number of alumni who have found their calling in state government, working as public servants. These dedicated Falcons see their daily duties as the means to make life better for those who call the Commonwealth home.
